优质γ-Fe_2O_3磁粉的制备

摘    要:自行开发的添加剂,应用到碱法制备α-FeOOH的反应体系中,能抑制晶体枝杈的生长、控制晶体形态。以此α-FeOOH为原料加工成的γ-Fe_2O_3磁粉,具有高的饱和磁化强度。加入量为10ppm时,σ_s为79A·m~2·kg~(-1)上下;当加入量为20ppm时,σ_s可达84.93A·m~2·kg~(-1)。
