摘    要:介绍了一种新型的碟形超硬磨料砂轮修整器。该修整器采用SiC和金刚石磨料杯形砂轮作为修整工具可以对刚性较差的大直径碟形超硬磨料砂轮完成修形和修锐工作,并利用变频器实现修整时的无级调速以达到最佳修整效果。通过以修整力为研究对象对修整器的系统工作稳定性进行了实验研究,得出该新形修整器的工作稳定性好,可以满足超硬磨料碟形砂轮的精密修整工艺要求。

Abstract:A novel dresser of saucer superabrasives wheel is introduced,which is used for truing and dressing major diameter saucer wheel with poor rigidity by SiC cup wheel and diamond cup wheel.Through a frequency converter,the dresser can adjust the rotating speed of cup wheel to achieve the best grinding parameters in dressing process.The experimental research on stability of dressing system has been done with the grinding force as the study object.It is concluded that the novel dresser has good stability in dressing process,and also can meet the requirements of precise dressing on big size diameter saucer superabrasives wheel.
