摘    要:上海光源(SSRF)生物大分子晶体学线站BL17U1是结构生物学研究领域的重要平台,SSRF的高性能和光束线的高性能使得用户能快速采集晶体衍射数据。为了能够最大程度的利用好光束线站的物理性能和硬件配置,必须开发一整套的可靠、用户友好的控制与数据采集系统。根据用户实验需求,BL17U1开发了基于分布式控制系统EPICS及Blu-Ice生物大分子晶体学线站的控制与数据获取系统。该系统稳定可靠、功能完善,宜于用户实验操作。

Abstract:The macromolecular crystallography beamline BL17U1 of Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility (SSRF) is an important platform for structure biological science.High performance of the beamline would benefit the users greatly in their experiment and data acquisition.To take full advantage of the state-of-the-art mechanical and physical design of the beamline,we have made a series of efforts to develop a robust control and data acquisition system,with user-friendly GUI.These were done by adopting EPICS and Blu-Ice systems on the BL17U1 beamline,with considerations on easy accommodation of new beeline components.In this paper,we report the integration of EPICS and Blu-Ice systems.By using the EPICS gateway interface and several new DHS,Blu-Ice was successfully established for the BL17U1 beamline.As a result,the experiment control and data acquisition system is reliable and functional for users.
