基于模糊分析的V带传动优化设计

针对V带传动设计实例，考虑到设计参数取值的不确定性．以及影响设计的某些因素很难用确定数值表示的情况．根据常规优化设计．建立了模糊约束条件。在满足安装条件和传动性能要求条件下，以V带根数最少为优化目标，建立了模糊优化设计的数学模型．并给出了优化方法和结果分析。

Design Optimization of V-belt Driver Based on Fuzzy Analysis

This paper adopts fuzzy design optimization method for the sample of V-belt driver on the basis of fuzzy maths. According to the conventional design optimization and considering the random character of the value of design parameters and some factors whose value is very indefinite, the fuzzy constraints are set up, including the property and boundary constraints. Being satisfied with the conditions of installation and transmission property, the maths model in fuzzy design optimization is set up which is to minimize the number of V-belt, and the optimization method and result analysis are given in this paper.
