基于有限元法的某铸铁机柱脚加固方案分析

某工程铸铁机基础由于设计原因,柱脚刚度不够,混凝土和螺栓被破坏.由于加固过程需兼顾螺栓、混凝土和柱脚钢柱,常规的手段已无法满足计算要求,故本文采用有限元软件,通过参数化分析,确定分析参数,得出最优加固方案,解决了实际工程问题。

Reinforcing Scheme for Column Base of Some Cast-iron Machine Based on Finite Element Method

Because of the design of some cast-iron machine,the rigidity of its column base is not enough,and the concrete body and bolts are destroyed.At the same time,as the bolts,concrete and the column should be considered comprehensively during the process of reinforcing,the usual methods could not meet the requirments of calculation.So the finite element analysis is used here for determining the parameters,so as to get the best reinforcing scheme by using parametrization analysis.
