反相悬浮聚合法珠状高吸醇性树脂的制备及性能

摘    要:以甲基丙烯酸 -N ,N′ -二甲胺基乙酯与丙烯酰胺为单体 ,Span系列作分散剂 ,进行反相悬浮聚合 ,制得了大粒径珠状高吸醇性树脂。其吸甲醇率可达 3 0倍以上 ,树脂粒径 3mm以上。试验确定的最佳配方 :过硫酸钾质量分数 0 4% ,Span60 0 2 5 g/10 0ml,交联剂N ,N′ -亚甲基双丙烯酰胺 0 15 % ,单体在水相中的质量分数为 40 %。

Abstract:The super alcohol absorbing resin beads,with large particle size(larger than 3 mm),was synthesized by inverse suspension polymerization using hydrochloride of N,N′-dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate(DM)and acrylamide (AM)as monomers.The absorption ability of the resin reaches more than 30 g/g for methanol.The optimun amounts of dispersing agent(Span60),initiator (K 2S 2O 8),cross linking agent and monomer used are 0 25 g/100 ml cyclohexane,0 4% by weight in total monomer,0 15% by weight in total monomer and 40% (by weight in liquid phase) respectively.
