| 摘 要： | 在生态旅游项目环境影响评价阶段导入旅游环境容量分析,对生态旅游开发项目的环境决策和环境管理具有重要的指导意义.本文在综述旅游环境容量研究进展和基本理论基础上,以白水洋·宜洋景区为例,从旅游空间容量、旅游生态容量、旅游心理容量三个方面探讨了旅游环境容量在环境影响评价中的应用,并提出了以旅游环境容量为控制目标的环境管理对策措施,供读者商榷.

| Abstract: | It is important to study the tourism environmental capacity in the case of eco-tourism construction project environmental impact assess- ment,in order to make a scientific environmental decision and reinforce the environmenud management.In this paper,we summarized the recent stud- ies of tourism environmental capacity.Taking an example for Bai-Shui-Yang scenic spot,tourism spacial capacity,tourism mental capacity and tourism ecological capacity were studied in the construction project environmental impact assessment.Finally,the environmental measures were brought forward based on the tourism environmental capacity. |
