截齿齿体碳硼复合渗的性能研究

摘    要:针对采煤机截齿磨损失效的问题,对其进行碳硼复合渗试验。通过XRD及扫描电镜进行渗层分析,并与专业生产厂家的标准处理工艺的试样进行了耐磨性对比试验。XRD结果表明,40CrNiMo钢碳硼复合渗后的渗硼层物相为Fe2B;扫描电镜照片测得渗层厚度约为117μm。耐磨性能测试表明,碳硼复合渗的40CrNiMo钢的耐磨性是标准试样的2.17倍。
