摘    要:采用雷诺应力模型对水力旋流器内水相流场进行了数值模拟,在此基础上利用颗粒随机轨道模型模拟泥沙颗粒相,在模型中考虑了颗粒由于湍流脉动而引起的扩散。并讨论了水力旋流器溢流管、底流管、筒体和锥角等结构参数对颗粒分离效率和压力降的影响。计算结果表明,不同结构参数的水力旋流器的颗粒分离效率和压力降有较大差别,在实际应用中,应根据不同要求选择合适参数的水力旋流器。

Abstract:The water flow field in hydrocyclones is numerically simulated by Reynolds stress model. Based on the simulation results, the sediment particle is simulated by the particle random trajectory model with taking the diffusion caused by turbulent pulsation into consider in the model. In addition, influences of structural parameters of hydrocyclone overflow pipe, underflow pipe, cylinder and cone angle on separation efficiency and pressure drop are discussed.
