摘    要:介绍了一种简单实用的矿用对旋风机喘振监测系统,使用压力传感器CYB21采集对旋风机的进出口压力,用单片机AT89S52进行计算和处理,并设报警装置监视风机的运行是否进入喘振状况。

Abstract:A kind of simple and practical monitoring system for surge of mine-used counter rotary fans is introduced. Pressure sensor CYB21 is used to collect the inlet pressure and outlet pressure of the counter rotary fan, and SCM AT89S52 is used to carry out calculation and processing. In addition, alarms are equipped to monitor whether the fan surges or not.
