摘    要:钻杆是钻机联接地面与井下的枢纽,介绍了一种提高钻杆联接可靠度、确保钻井排渣效率的钻杆系统。该钻杆系统采用新的进气结构和厚壁弹簧销加螺栓的联接方式,增大了进气量,提高了钻杆联接的可靠性。

Abstract:The drill rod is the key part to joint the overground equipments and underground ones.In the paper,a kind of drill rod system which is able to enhance connection reliability of drill rod and guarantee the efficiency of debris drainage is introduced.The drill rod system adopts new-type structure of air intake and connection style of thick-walled spring pin plus bolts,which brings about the increase in air intake and the improvement of connection reliability of the drill rod.
