摘    要:简要介绍了重介质旋流器的分选原理,研究了该设备自身的磨损特性;阐述了重介质旋流器内衬材料的发展概况及陶瓷等脆性材料的冲蚀磨损特性,并对重介质旋流器陶瓷内衬材料性能的模拟测试进行了简要分析。

Abstract:The separation principle of the heavy medium cyclone is briefly introduced,and wear characteristics of the cyclone are studied also.In addition,the development course of liner materials of the heavy medium cyclone as well as the erosion and wear characteristics of such fragile material as ceramic are narrated,and the simulative testing for the performance of the ceramic liner of the heavy medium cyclone is briefly analyzed.
