Q45NiCr1Mo1VA球齿钎头用钢及热处理工艺研究

摘    要:分析球齿钎头的凿岩状态,根据球齿钎头的固齿工艺要求和合金元素在钢中的作用,经过优选的合金化设计,选择Q45NiCr1Mo1VA合金钢作为球齿钎头壳体用钢,在有效的热处理工艺条件下,其使用性能达到国内外同类产品的先进水平。

Abstract:The drilling state of the button bit is analysed, and according to the requirements of the button-fixing technology and the action of the alloy elements in steel, alloy steel Q45NiCr1Mo1VA is selected as material of button bit case after optimal alloying design. With available heat treatment technologies, its performances reach the advanced level of the same products at home and aboard.
