XP-100型盘辊式破碎机碾压盘的应力分析与结构优化

摘    要:运用Solid Works Simulation有限元分析软件对XP-100型新型盘辊式破碎机的碾压盘进行了应力分析,得出其应力和安全系数图解。据此分析结果,对碾压盘进行结构优化,提出了碾压盘的结构改进方案。在满足应力强度的条件下,碾压盘的质量明显减小,优化结果显著,并在实际生产应用中得到了验证。

Abstract:The finite element analysis software SolidWorks Simulation is used to analyze the stress of the pulverizing plate of XP-100 plate-rolling crusher, and the stress pattern and safety coefficient pattern are obtained. Based on the analysis results, the structural optimization of the pulverizing plate is carried out, and a structural improvement scheme is proposed.
