掘进机截割部行星齿轮动力学仿真

摘    要:基于UG对某掘进机截割减速器的二级行星齿轮建模,通过UG与ADAMS软件接口将模型导入ADAMS中,建立行星齿轮虚拟样机,根据Hertz弹性撞击理论,确定接触刚度系数,并在不同载荷情况下仿真齿轮所受冲击力的变化规律曲线,可为截割部减速器设计和优化提供参考。

Abstract:The UG is applied to establish the model of the second stage planetary gear of the cutting unit of a roadheader, and the model is input into ADAMS through the interface of the UG and ADAMS so as to build the virtual prototype of the planetary gear. According to Hertz elastic impact theory, the coefficient of contact stiffness is determined, and the simulation curves of impact force of gears with different loadings are obtained.
