玻璃纤维隔板对阀控铅蓄电池性能的影响

摘    要:简述了电池对隔板的要求,特别是阀控式铅蓄电池对隔板的特殊要求。指出当前广泛采用的玻璃纤维隔板在使用过程中表现出来的不足,由于隔板孔隙易被电解液淹没,使得阀控式铅蓄电池的密闭氧循环受阻,析气量增多,引发出一系列的问题,影响电池性能。介绍了新型富液式吸附隔板,由于其中含有一定数量的特制憎水纤维,在隔板中能提供专门的氧气通道,在富液状态下也不会被电解液淹没,在阀控式铅蓄电池中使用,提高了密闭氧循环效率,明显减少了电池的析气量,防止电池干涸,延长蓄电池的循环寿命。

Abstract:Requirement of batteries for separators,especially special requirement of valve-regulated lead-acid batteries(VRLAB) for separators were reviewed.The insufficient of absorptive glass mat(AGM) separator in using was pointed out.Since the hole of separators flooded easily by electrolyte,many problems occur because of oxygen circulate difficulty,so it affects the performance of batteries.The new flooded absorptive separator was introduced in this paper.It contains certain amount of special hydrophobic fiber.The separator contains absorptive glass mat(AGM) separator and provide special oxygen channel.The hole of separators will not be flooded by electrolyte even in blooded batteries.It will raise oxygen circulate effectiveness of valve-regulated lead-acid batteries(VRLAB) and reduced oxygen evolution volume of batteries.It also prevent the VRLAB from drying up and prolong their cycle life.
