| 摘 要： | 我国煤炭经济增长方式仍是以粗放型为主的增长方式，这制约着煤炭经济的持续、健康发展。按照科学发展观的要求，煤炭行业应推进科技进步，调整产业结构，实施集约化、多元化发展战略和“走出去，引进来”战略，重视环境保护，合理利用资源，完善行业核算体系。

| Abstract: | Extensive growth mode is still dominating China's coal economy,restricting the sustainable and healthy development.The scientific development views demand the following changes in domestic coal business:promoting scientific and technological progress;carrying out restructuring of coal industry;implementing the open-up policy and the intensive and diversified development strategy;paying more attention to environmental protection;rationally utilizing the natural resources and perfecting the accounting and auditing system. |
