超临界CO_2萃馏浓缩生育酚的初步研究

对油脂脱臭馏出物的甲酯化产物进行超临界萃馏 ,以浓缩天然生育酚。为了确定最佳过程参数 ,作者根据超临界相平衡所反映的规律性 ,对程序升压方式 ,温度场分布 ,填料类型 ,CO2 流量等四个因素进行了单因素分析与正交实验 ,随后进行了极差分析与方差分析 ,根据实验数据与统计分析结果最终确定了间歇超临界萃馏天然生育酚的最佳控制参数 ;同时 ,对不同填料对过程指标的影响作了较为细致的研究 ,表明填料对于生育酚的浓缩有着显著影响。

Research on Concentrating V_E Using Supercritical CO_2

This article carries out a series of experiments about concentrating natural tocopherols from oil deodorizer distillates, supercritical carbon dioxide extraction and fractionation is the main method. In order to get optimal operating parameters, we undertake single-factor, orthogonal experiments and following statistical analysis, basing on regarding phase equilibrium data, methods of increasing pressure, temperature distribution, types of packing and CO 2 flow are took as main process parameters. According to the results of experiments and analysis, we conclude a set of optimized operating parameters. Additionally, this article pays more emphasis on the effect of packing, comparison experiment indicates that the effect of packing on the process results shouldn't be neglected.
