水电机组控制设备远程运营维护系统研究与实践

摘    要:阐述了水电机组控制设备远程运营维护系统的研究背景及实施的意义,将工业4.0引入水电机组控制设备制造行业,借力“互联网+”设备厂家,实现其在水电机组控制设备中的应用。利用Nat穿透技术,建立P2P的数据交换,解决UDP协议下大数据流的分解/组装及加密问题,使现场设备可以直接透明地连接到服务端,减少客户的再投资。开发了“水电机组控制设备远程运营维护系统”,实现了水电机组控制设备的远程监视、诊断、运行、维护、培训和技术服务等,值得大力推广应用。

Abstract:The research background and significance of remote operation and maintenance system for hydropower u-nit are expounded in this article. By introducing the idea of Industry 4.0 into the sector of control equipment manu-facturing for hydropower unit, “Internet Plus” devices are applied to the control equipment of hydropower unit. P2P data exchange is established using NAT penetration technology to solve the decomposition/assembly and en-cryption problems of data flow under the UDP protocol. On this basis, the field devices can transparently and direct-ly connected to the server, and the reinvestment of customer is reduced. A remote operation and maintenance sys-tem for control equipment of hydropower unit is developed in this article. This system could implement the remote monitoring, diagnosis, operation, maintenance, training, and technological service for the control equipment of hy-dropower unit, hence is worthy of promotion.
