| 摘 要： | 对大庆乙烯BC-101螺杆压缩机所用机械密封存在的问题进行了研究，分析了造成密封泄漏量大、使用寿命短的原因，并提出了密封的国产化及改造方案。实践证明，改进后的机械密封装机运行，其泄漏量比原密封明显减小，使用寿命也相应增加。

| Abstract: | it analyzes reasons of seal leakage high level and short service life on basis of existing problems research for all Daqing ethylene BC-101screw compressor mechanical seals,and puts forward seal product domestic as well as reforming plan.Application practice indicates the leakage quantity is obviously reduced comparing with that of original seal and the service life is prolonged cor-respondingly via running after improvement and reassembling onto the machine. |
