摘    要:深小孔属于难加工的机械零件,对于高压磨料水射流设备中所用的磨料水喷嘴来说,它的材料一般选用硬质合金,该材料的硬度高、脆性大。磨料水喷嘴的加工精度要求高,用一般的加工方法难以完成。为此,设计了专用夹具,用高速电火花加工深小孔,并在实验的基础上,分析了工艺参数对加工效率及加工质量的影响。

Abstract:Deep eyelet belongs to hard to be processed machine parts. As for abrasive nozzle used in water efflux device for abrasive with high pressure, its materials are generally being chosen as hard metal alloy. The property of this material is of high hardness and big brittleness. The requirement of processing accuracy is high for abrasive nozzle and it is hard to accomplish the processing by common methods. Special purpose fixtures are designed in this paper, and the deep eyelet is processed by high-speed electric spark. On the basis an experiment, the influences of processing efficiency and processing quality affected by technological parameters were analyzed.
