| 摘 要： | 本文在概略地介绍了目前摆动辗压研究方法的前提下，提出了摆辗有限元分析方法的优越性和必要性，针对摆辗工艺的特点给出了摆辗有限元分析过程中的几个关键问题的处理方法，开发了一套三维刚塑性有限元软件，并且在简单环形件上进行了初步应用。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the superiority and necessity of the finite element analysis method in rotary forging is put forward such being the case of introducing all the research methods of rotary forging at present. In accordance with the characteristics of rotary forging technology,the resolving methods about some key problems of the rotary forging finite element analysis are given. Then, one set of the rigid -plastic finite element analysis software is developed and conducted the initial application to the simple ring workpiece. |
