| Abstract: | The problems in process design of the N2-H2O pre-cooling system of a 6000m3/h air separation unit are analyzed.Cavitation at cryopump has been eliminated thoroughly by changing the flow paths of feeding water while turning on the cryopump,and the start-up time of the air separation unit was also shortened. |
