摘    要:针对某型小口径自动炮的炮口初速测量困难的问题,设计了一种基于相位法的炮口初速测量系统。介绍了测量系统的基本原理和测试流程,使用集成金属接近探测器 CS209A和模拟锁相环 NE564搭建硬件电路,由锁相环电路输出经 CS209A获取的弹丸通过炮口两确定距离上的感应线圈时产生的始末相位的相位差信号,并采用 LabVIEW编写的处理软件对采集的相位差信号进行分析计算,获得弹丸炮口初速。试验结果表明,该测量系统测试结果可靠,适合部队推广使用。

Design of Initial Muzzle Velocity Measurement System Based on Phase Difference Method
Abstract:Nowadays,measuring the initial muzzle velocity of a certain make of widely equipped small caliber automatic gun is still a difficult problem. As for the problem,an initial muzzle velocity measu-rement system was designed based on phase difference method. The paper introduced the basic princi-ple and the testing process of the measurement system through the use of the metal detection sensing applications CS209A and the artificial phase-locked loop circuit NE564 for the construction of the hard-ware circuit. When the shell gets through two coils which are away from a certain distance,two electri-cal phase signals will be produced and acquired by the CS209A,and then the phase-locked loop cir-cuit NE564 will be used to output the phase difference signal. The LabVIEW is used to program the data analyzing software and calculating the initial muzzle velocity from the data acquired from the phase-locked loop. The experimental results of the measurement system show that the muzzle velocity measurement system is reliable and suitable for its popularization in the army.
