家具产品设计标准化与生产效率的研究

本文以中国家具产业从传统的大批量生产模式转向小批量多品种生产模式为常景。为了满足个性化的消费者,满足家具市场的新需求,从家具产品的标准化入手,以当前最为流行的板式家具作为主要研究对象,研究了设计标准化的可行性办法,以解决家具小批量需求与大批量生产、设计和生产效率之间的矛盾。

A Study on the Standardization and the Production Efficiency of Furniture Design

In view of the fact that Chinese furniture industry is facing the change the mode of traditional mass production to small lot production but with a wide variety, the article studies on the feasible methods of industrializing the production by starting with the standardizing furniture products, in order to solve the contradiction in furniture manufacture between small tot production and mass production, design and production efficiency.
