摘    要:采用多重非线性有限元法,研究了四种材料模型即理想塑性,线性强化(两种不同的强化参数)真实材料曲线和两种强化理论(等向强化和随动强化)对孤型模空拔管拔制力和脱模后钢管尺寸精度的影响。数值计算结果表明:材料曲线和强化规律均对拔制力和钢管的尺寸精度有重要的影响。

The Influences of Models Material and Law of Strain Hardening to Drawing Forces and Precision of Tube

Abstract:Influences of both the models of material and the law of hardening to the drawing forces and precision of the tube are studied by the method of nonlinear finite element method. Four kinds of models of material and two kinds of law of hardening are considered in the study. Numerical results have showed that both the models of material and the law of hardening have the important influences to the drawing forces and precision of the tube.
