| 摘 要： | 利用博弈论的相关知识，建立了当制造商采取生产储存模型时供应链双方的博弈模型，并设计了一种激励机制和2种博弈策略使得供应链发挥更大的作用，该研究为供应链供需合作的发展提供了一条新的思路。

| Abstract: | A game model for manufacturer using lot size model is established with the knowledge of game theory, and a kind of incentive mechanism is designed which can prompt the development of supply chain. The work of this paper is to provide a new way for the researcher of the Supplier-buyer Cooperation in Supply Chain. |
