大功率风机,泵节能调速发展方向探讨

摘    要:大功率风机和泵采用调速传动可节约大量能量,但由于缺少简单、经济、可靠、经济的中压电机调速装置,该技术基本没推开。IGCT是一种新型大功率半导体开关器件,适合用于中压变频。无刷双馈电机的串级和双馈调速装置简单、经济、特别适合用于中压低速(〈750-1000r/min)风机和泵传动。

Abstract:Variable speed fan and pump drives can save a lot of energy,but they are not be widely adopted for lack of simple, reliable and cheap midvoltage inverters. IGCT is a kind of new high power semiconductor switching devices and suits for midvoltage inverters. Cascade and double-fed drives of double-fed brushless mo- tors are simple and cheap and salt for midvoltage low-speed (<750- 1000 r/min) fans and pumps.
