| 摘 要： | 建立了丹磺酰氯柱前衍生高效液相色谱法测定饮料中4-甲基咪唑含量的方法。以C_(18)柱为色谱柱,乙腈和0.02 mol/L的乙酸铵水溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,荧光检测器检测。该方法快速、准确,在0.05～1.0 mg/ L范围内线性相关系数为r~2=0.998 5,平均回收率达到71.6%～88.7%,相对标准偏差为3.6%～5.5%。方法的最低检测浓度为10.0μg/L。

| Abstract: | A method for determination 4-methylimidazole by using high-performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC)was developed.This method was based on pre-column derivatization with dansyl chloride(Dns-Cl).The de- rivatives were separated on a C_(18) column,and eluted with acetonitrile and 0.02 mol/L ammonium acetate solution by a gradient eluate,monitored by fluorescence detection.The method was fast and accurate with a linear correlation of 0.998 5 in the range of 0.05 to 1.0 mg/L,average recoveries of 71.6% to 88.7%,a relative standard deviation of 3.6 % to 5.5 % and a minimum determination concentration was 10.0μg/L. |
