外加剂在水泥表面的吸附层厚度研究

摘    要:本文采用俄歇电子能谱对吸附外加剂后的水泥表面进行了研究,并借用氩离子枪刻蚀器对吸附外加剂后的水泥表面的纵向元素浓度进行了定量分析。首次测出了萘磺酸钠甲醛缩聚物、木质素磺酸钠和糖钙外加剂在水泥表面的吸附层近似厚度。根据吸附层厚度,作者推测了吸附分子表面形态,并引出了表面吸附分子取向指数的概念。结合HVO理论,文章分析了外加剂在水泥表面的吸附分子形态和外加剂对水泥粒子分散作用的关系,借以揭示分散剂对“水泥-水”体系的作用机理。

Abstract:The cement surfaces having adsorbed admixtures are studied carefu- lly by Auger Electron Spectroscopy (Abbrev. AES). The concentrations of column atoms of the cement surface which adsorbed admixtures are quantitatively analysed by the Etching of Argon Ions. For the first time, the adsorption thicknesses of Na-sulphonated naphtalene formadehyde condensate, Na-lignosulfonate and Ca-sugar on the cement surface are measured approximately. Further. the forms of adsorbed molecules are deduced from the adsorption thicknesses and the concept of oriented index is drawn to analyse the relation between the forms of adsorbed molecules of admixtures and its dispersing effect on the cement particles with the help of HVO'S theory which is very important to explain the mechanism of disperser on the system of "water-cement".
