基于CAE的弹药包装箱结构分析

摘    要:针对产品在使用过程中出现的失效现象,利用CAE技术对包装箱产品的成型过程和静载承压过程进行了模拟,分析和研究了制品承压时的应力分布以及不同注塑浇口位置对注塑件在静载承压情况下所造成的可能失效的问题.研究结果表明,改变注塑成型工艺参数,浇口位置、个数可使注塑制品在静载承压时破裂的危险系数降低.

Abstract:The pressing process and molding process was simulated with CAE technology. The stress distribution and the possible factors that cause breaking were analyzed when the product was subject load. It was proved that the possibilities of product's breaking can be reduced if the technical parameters changed, therefore the product's resistive performance to pressing, the quality and reliability can be improved.
