摘    要:湿式石灰石-石膏烟气脱硫技术是目前国内大型机组环保中的主要脱硫技术,在实际运行过程中,存在电耗超过设计值的情况。结合湿式石灰石-石膏烟气脱硫技术的特点,分析了造成电耗过大的原因,采取了降低脱硫装置电耗的相应措施,达到了节能和减排的目的。

Abstract:The key desulphurization technology applied in environmental protection of giant units in China is wet limestone/gypsum flue gas desulphurization technology of which the power consumption exceeds the planned value in practical operation. This paper, combing the features of wet limestone/gypsum flue gas desulphurization technology, analyzes reasons for exceeding power consumption and realizes energy saving and emission reduction task by reducing power consumption of desulphurization equipment.
