| 摘 要： | 目前，用于场发射阵列(FEA)的阴极发射体材料多种多样，按制备工艺可以分为蒸镀锥尖型、涂覆型和图形化阴极型等。本文概述近年来场发射阵列阴极材料及其制备工艺的研究现状，以及一些新型材料的应用情况。

In this paper, we review typical preparation methods,and research status about cathodes made of the material above ,including some new ones. |
