| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种新的表面渗覆铜工艺。采用机械摩擦并加注催化介质的方式，实现了铜原子向钢表面的转移，在钢的摩擦表面形成了一牢固的渗覆铜层，从而有效地改善了钢的表面性能。

| Abstract: | A new technology of copper-covering has been introduced in this paper.The method involved is to make use of the mechanical friction and to add in some catalyticalmediums, a strong copper coating is formed on the frictional surface through penetration anddiffusion of copper ion into the surface of steel,which efficiently improves the surface proper-ties of steel. The test results indicat the effect of temperature, microstructure, and surfacequality of steel on this technological process. |
