| 摘 要： | 脱氧水广泛地被运用到软饮料和纯净水生产中，也广泛地被运用到高浓度酿造啤酒的稀释混合，但脱氧水的含氧量高会严重影响啤酒风味质量和口感，从原理、机构和工艺等方面对常见的真空式和置换式两种形式不同脱氧装置进行探讨，解决了脱氧水的含氧量问题而又降低生产成本。

| Abstract: | Deoxidated water is widely used to the production of soft drinks and purified water, and also to the dilution and mixing of highly concentrated beer. But the high oxygen content in deoxidated water severely affects the flavour and mouth feel of beer products. In the paper, two different deoxidating devices-vacuum type and displacement type-are studied in principle, mechanics and technology. |
