| 摘 要： | 军队建设标准化食堂，对于促进现代军营饮食文化建设水平、适应全面建设小康社会新形势、全面提升官兵生活质量，具有重要的现实意义。功能齐全、布局合理，流程顺畅、作业规范，设施配套、设备先进，标准全面、制度完善，提升文化、铸造和谐，是军队标准化食堂建设的目标与任务。理论先行、确立标准、试点总结、逐步推广、定期孝评是军队标准化食堂建设的基本路径与科学举措。
