摘    要:研究了六种无机盐在乙酸异戊酯合成中的催化活性。结果表明 ,硫酸钛的催化酯化活性最好 ,并得到最优化条件如下 :酸醇摩尔比 1.0 5∶1,反应温度 14 5℃ ,反应时间 90min ,催化剂用量 2 .0 %。优化条件下 ,转化率可达 99%以上 ,且催化剂易回收 ,具有良好的重复使用性能。

Abstract:Catalytic activity of six inorganic salts in the esterification of acetic acid with isoamyl alcohol was studied. Results showed that catalytic activity of titanium sulphate was the best. Under the optimum condition, the transformation rate was more than 99%, with molar ratio of acetic acid to isoamylol 1.05∶1, reaction temperature 145℃, reaction time 90 min and the amount of titanium sulphate 2.0%. The catalyst could be recovered easily and used repeatedly.
