13种大麦的分形学特性

摘    要:对13个世界上典型的啤酒酿造用大麦品种的籽粒的背、腹两面进行扫描,获取其图像。利用分形学方法,计算图像的分维数,然后比较其分形特征。同时对照13品种的大麦的千粒重,将千粒重和籽粒图像的像素进行关联,以建立不同品种大麦的饱满程度的相对衡量的方法,为大麦品种分类提供参考。

Abstract:Two sides of thirteen different kinds of representative barleys are scanned and their images are recorded. Using fractal method, the fractal dimensions of these images are calculated to compare their fractal characteristics. Additionally, One-thousand-grain weights of 13 different kinds of representative barleys are measured to assess the relationship between the pixel and the thousand grain weight. It may provide references for barley assortment.
