广州珠江新城西塔超高性能混凝土超高泵送及洗管技术

摘    要:广州珠江新城西塔核心筒、外框钢管柱混凝土均使用超高性能混凝土,C90混凝土最高泵送高度167m,C80混凝土最高泵送高度410m,通过多次泵送施工试验和对现场混凝土泵送的分析,根据管道清洗阻力大,弯管多,清洗过程中管道冲击力和噪声大等难点,总结了一套超高性能混凝土超高泵送和洗管技术.重点介绍了泵送和洗管施工工艺.

Abstract:Core tube and steel frame concrete columns in Guangzhou Pearl River New Town West-tower use ultra-high performance concrete.The maximum pumping height for C90 concrete is 167m,and 410m for C80.By repeating pumping test and on-site concrete construction pumping analysis,according to the washing difficulties of large resistance,many elbow,great impacting force and noise,the authors summarize a set of pumping and washing pipe technology for ultra-high performance concrete.The construction technologies for pump...
