Discussion on Public Participation in Urban and Rural Planning

Effective public participation in urban and rural planning can reduce conflicts of the parties to be consensus, then enhance public consciousness and improve public scientific and democratic decision-making,which is benefit to perform urban and rural planning more effectively and further promote the building of a harmonious society.This article analyzes the conditions,the procedures and the results of planning permission to explore effective means of implementation based on the study of public participation in urban and rural planning.
