摘    要:利用电解加工原理对发动机曲轴的主轴颈及连杆颈上的油孔倒角去毛刺,是一项高效、优质的先进加工工艺,专机设计采用了以加工单元为基础的模块化设计方案,尤其适合于发动机产品的系列化及大批量生产的要求。

Abstract:The method to produce chamfers and remove burrs of oil holes in crank journals and rod bearing journals of a crankshaft using electrolysis principle is an advanced and productive process with high quality. The design of such a machine employs the scheme of modules based on the machined units,which is desirable for the seriation of engine crankshafts and the requirement of mass production.
