| 摘 要： | 阐述了天津PTA装置TA单元过滤机工作原理,运行状况及影响运行效果的因素,包括转速,浸没深度,压力,进料罐的浆料浓度,漂洗酸流量和温度,反吹气压力,干燥机的状况,过滤机并运及滤布的污染程度等,并提出改进措施,以便于优化过滤机系统操作,稳定TA负荷。

| Abstract: | The working principle,running condition and the factors that have effects on the running effects of TA unit filter were overviewed.The effect factors included the rotation speed,the immersion depth,the slurry concentration in feeding tank,the flow and temperature of whiting wash acid,the antiblow air pressure,the dryer condition,the filter parallel running and the polluted degree of filter cloth.The improved measures were put forward so that the filter system operation is optimized and the TA load is steady. |
