摘    要:采用溶胶—凝胶法制备Ce掺杂TiO2光催化剂,借助XRD、HRTEM对其进行表征,分析了Ce含量、煅烧温度等因素对光催化降解偶氮废水活性的影响。结果表明,铈掺杂在提高了TiO2光催化剂催化活性的同时也抑制了相转变。当Ce的掺杂量为3%时,对偶氮废水的处理率可高达92.3%。

Abstract:Ce/TiO2photocatalysts are prepared by the sol-gel method. The effect of Ce ion doping is studied by XRD, HRTEM diffuse reflection spectroscopy. The relationship between the influence factors such as calcination temperature, and the Ce dopant quantity has been discussed. The degradation of dye wastewater by TiO2 and Ce-TiO2 photocatalysis in the photocatalysis activity reactor is investigated . Results indicate that the influences of Ce doping on the photocatalytic activities of titania dioxide are consistent with the influences of ion doping on phase transformation. Findings also show that the degradation effect of Ce-TiO2 on the dye wastewater is up to 92. 3% when Ce dopant quantity is 3%.
