Abstract: | The dynamic model of a self-synchronous vibrating machine is established. Through the dynamic analysis of the self-synchronous
vibrating machine with two motors, the simulation program is run based on the dynamic model of self-synchronous vibrating
machine and the mathematical model of an induction motor. Simulation results show that the machine is in a poor synchronous
state. The method to control the phase difference of the two eccentric rotors is then analyzed, and the self-synchronous vibrating
machine is optimization designed. The simulation demonstrates that the self-synchronous vibration machine achieves speed synchronization
and phase synchronization. The results verify the effectiveness of the optimization design. |
