摘    要:论述了冷轧AGC过程中动-静压轴承油膜厚度变化对带钢厚度精度的影响,对静-动压轴承油膜的形成机理进行了分析,并推导出适合现场应用的数学模型,在此基础上设计了现场空压靠测试实验,在空压靠条件下,针对不同轧机转速对压下缸位移进行测量,并根据误差溯源理论剔除了测量结果中轧辊偏心引起的干扰量。然后由现场数据对公式中的关键系数进行回归分析,得出适合现场应用的数学模型,并应用到AGC模型中,对油膜厚度变化对带钢厚度的影响进行补偿。

Abstract:To discuss the influence of oil film thickness on thickness precision during cold wiling, the oil film forming theory was researched in detail. And a model was put forward, which is more fit for fieldwork. Basing on this theory model, a oil film thickness testing experiment was designed to validate the theory and found out all the parameter in the model. During this process, no strip is rolled, and the rolls lean on each other to keep a constant pressure. Then the displacement of press-down-cylinder was measured under variedly rolling speed. After measurement, the error tracing theory was inducted to eliminate some noise such as the eccentricity of rolls. Finally the key parameters in this model are find out according the testing dates, which can be applied in the cold rolling AGC system to improve the precision and stability of rolling process.
