木质素基醇胺水泥助磨剂的制备及性能研究

摘    要:以木质素磺酸钠作为主要原料,通过三乙醇胺中间体接枝改性的方法合成木质素基醇胺高效水泥助磨剂(WSL),采用红外光谱(IR)、元素分析及官能团分析等方法对WSL进行表征,结果表明,木质素磺酸钠分子中的酚羟基含量降低,氮元素含量增多,这说明三乙醇胺被成功引入到木质素磺酸钠分子中。考察了中间体摩尔比(环氧氯丙烷与三乙醇胺摩尔比)、中间体合成时间、中间体合成温度及中间体用量对加入粉磨水泥45μm筛余值的影响。结果表明,WSL在添加质量分数为0.1%(占熟料和混合材料的质量)时,粉磨水泥的45μm筛余值由8.1%下降到6.0%,其助磨效果能达到三乙醇胺的84.0%,对水泥抗折抗压强度效果接近三乙醇胺,并对不同的熟料有良好的适用性。综合表明,WSL属于一种高效水泥助磨剂。

Abstract:A high-pertbrmance grinding aid tbr cement was synthesized from sodium lignin sulfonate and triethanolamine, and the characterization results of WSL using IR, elemental and functional group analysis showed that the phenol hydroxyl of WSL decreased and nitrogen increased because the synthesis with triethanolamine. The effect of molar ratio of epichlorohydrin and triethanolamine, synthesis time of intermediate, synthesis temperature of intermediate and dosage of intermediate on 45μm screen residue values of the milled cement of WSl studied. The 45 μm screen residue values of the milled cements decrease from 8.1% to 6.0 % at the dosage of 0.1% (the mass fraction in the total clinker and composite materials), which is equivalent to the 84.0 % grinding effect of triethanolamine. The breaking and compression strengths of the milled cement using WSL are closed to those of triethanolamine, and WSL also has a good applicability on different clinker. The combination property evaluation indicates that the WSL is a kind of lignin-based high-performance grinding aid.
