正弦脉动圆盘模腔压力测量方法的研究

摘    要:根据传感器的设计原理进行模腔压力测量装置的设计,采用全桥圆形箔式应变计及相应的放大电路得到输出信号,利用自行研制的数据采集系统对信号进行检测,并利用测力计对传感器进行标定。通过试验证明该模腔压力传感器线性关系良好,响应及时,可成功地用于聚合物或金属粉末/聚合物填充体系的充模试验研究。

Abstract:This thesis describes the design of cavity pressure measure apparatus based on the design criterion of transducer. The foil strain gauges and the relevant amplifier circuit were used to get the output signal. The signals were acquired by the home-made data acquisition system. The transducer has been calibrated with a dynamometer. It was testified by experiments that the transducer has good linearity and rapid response. It can be successfully used in the mold filling study of polymer or metal/powder system.
