摘    要:氢氧化钙和磷酸反应是亚硫酸法糖厂澄清过程一个重要的反应,探索引入超声场强化此反应有着非常现实的意义.实验用pH -t曲线法证明一定条件下超声场可以有效地缩短该反应在水中和蔗糖水溶液中形成的晶体产物磷酸八钙(Ca8( HP04)2(P04)4·5H20,OCP)的时间,与无超声条件相比,在水中缩短了5 min,在蔗糖水溶液中缩短了10min.

Abstract:The reaction of calcium hydroxide and Phosphoric acid is of great importance to sugar produced with sulfitation. Discussing ultrasonic speeding up this chemical reaction has practical significance. The research shows that ultrasonic can shorten the induction period to form OCP obviously and accelerate their reaction under a certain ultrasonic condition in pure water and sucrose solution proved by pH - t method. The reduced time are 5 minutes and 10 minutes respectively.
