| 摘 要： | 大力发展职业技术教育是解决人才结构失衡的一项重要措施，其中培养学生的创新能力是其教育的核心。本在分析创新能力的内涵的基础上，运用耗散结构理论，构建了高职高专创新教育体系，包括目标、原则和途径－突破思维定势；改革教学内容；注重个性发展；加强创新型教师队伍的建设和营建校园人气氛。
