摘    要:针对胜利油田东辛采油厂部分出砂井高含水、地层砂分选程度差 ,采用化学方法防砂和绕丝筛管砾石充填防砂不经济的状况 ,研制成新型高分子材料防砂管。这种防砂管采用特殊成型工艺制成 ,具有防腐、防垢、强度高及憎水亲油的显著特点。经 2 2口井的试验 ,新型防砂管的防砂成功率达 81 8% ,累计增产原油 15 82 4t ,特别适合于高含水、特高含水出砂井的防砂

Abstract:A new sand control tube made of high molecular material is developed for use in high water sandy wells in Dongxin Oil Production Plant of Shengli Oilfield. The new tube is produced with a special forming technology, and is characterized by corrosion- and scale-inhibiting, high strength, being hydrophobe and water repellant. Tests in 22 wells show that, the success rate of sand control by the new tube reaches 81.8%, and successful sand control leads to an increase of oil productivity of 15 824t.
